Article 2 – Access to the Website

Access to the website and its use is reserved for strictly personal purposes. The user agrees not to use this website and the information or data contained within it for commercial, political or advertising means, for any form of commercial solicitation, and in particular for sending unsolicited electronic mail.

Article 3 – Site Content

The following are protected under current intellectual property laws: all trademarks, photographs, texts, comments, illustrations, animated or non-animated images, video sequences, sounds, all computer applications which could be used to make the website work and more generally, all the elements displayed or used on the website.

They are under full ownership of the editor or their partners. Any reproduction, representation, use or adaptation in any form whatsoever of all or part of these elements, including computer applications, is strictly forbidden without prior written agreement from the editor. The editor’s decision not to bring legal proceedings once unauthorised use becomes apparent does not constitute an acceptance of said use or a waiver of prosecution.

In order to manage the website effectively, the editor may at any time:

The editor cannot be held responsible in the case of legal proceedings brought against the user:

  • as a result of the user’s disregard for these general terms.

The editor is not responsible for any damages caused to the user, third parties and/or the user’s hardware as a result of their connection to or use of the website. The user hereby waives the possibility of taking any action against the editor for this.

If the editor should be involved in an out-of-court or judicial procedure owing to the user’s use of the website, it may be turned against the user in order to obtain compensation for all damages, sums, convictions and expenses which could result from this procedure.

Article 6 – Hyperlinks

Any information accessible via a link to other websites is not under the editor’s control. The editor accepts no responsibility for external content.

Article 7 – Collection of Data

The personal data that can be gathered by the website are primarily used by the editor for user relationship management and to process the user’s orders, if required. The data are saved in the editor’s clients file which, being created from personal data, is declared to the CNIL (French Data Protection Agency).

For security reasons and to avoid any fraudulent requests, this request should be accompanied by proof of identity. After the request has been processed, this proof of identity will be destroyed.
